Position Following our successful international growth strategy, we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager Industry Czech Republic & Slovakia- based in Czech Republic (ideally located in Moravia region) -As a part of CZ & SK but in close cooperation with the Gerflor Group Industry Segment, the Key Account Manager Industry is responsible for development of sales in the industrial sector of the region.

Your role Manage sales and drive business development in the Industrial Sector – with a primary market focus on Automotive, Life Science / Pharmaceuticals (Cleanroom) and High Tech (ESD) customers Develop a solid business network with end-users (60%) and designers/contractors (40%) as well as with relevant business associations and stakeholders Cooperate closely with the Group Industry Segment Team and reports to Sales Manager in CZ & SKDevelop sales for all relevant product solutions from the Gerflor portfolio (flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, accessories)Develop a key contractor network to provide installation and service guidance to end-users Manage market research activities and report market trends / requirements to the CZ & SK management, segment management and R&DAttend to exhibitions and further improve the brand awareness among the relevant stakeholders in the market Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2 B sales experience within Automotive, Life Science, ESD or Industrial Flooring industry Proven experience in business development and entrepreneurial mind-set Proactive sales approach (hunter)Good networking skills and the ability to develop long-term oriented business relations Structured working approach, able to handle complex decision-making structures and long project life-cycles Strong communication and presentation skills Czech native speaker and conversational English skills – both mandatory Willingness to travel extensively in CZ and SK Other information Our offer Be part of an internationally successful group with strong brands Standard working contract (with Czech subsidiary Gerflor s.r.o.)Develop a new sales segment in the Region with the strong support of a global company Competitive salary plus benefits and company car GERFLOR, a company committed to diversity and inclusion, ensures equal opportunities through a recruitment process free from any form of discrimination.
