We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as Product Owner/ Customer Management Support Interns.
This role is ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience in customer management and backlog management, particularly within the realm of IT solution implementation.
What part will you play?Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the initial phases of IT solution implementation.
Maintain strong communication channels with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Support in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates on use cases progress.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Ensure that the backlog is well-groomed, with clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Gain exposure to cutting-edge cloud solutions, machine learning technologies, LLMs (Large Language Models), APIs, and backend systems.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the technical aspects of our products and services.

What you should have?Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields).
Basic understanding of cloud computing and IT solutions.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and APIs is a plus.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, as this is a global role.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market needs.
Empathy and a passion for technology and IT solutions.
Experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira and Confluent is highly desirable.
