As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible to grow HP Personal Systems Services with a strong focus on outcome based selling, leading workplace transformation discussions and generating long term contractual relationships with your customers. Create and drive Personal Systems Contractual Services Pipeline Grow Personal Systems Services Orders and penetration Rate (pRate) Contractual Services Forecast & Funnel Strategic Customer Services Profiling and Roadmap generation Customer Meetings with IT Management and Executives Deliver Customer Services Workshops Deal closing (sales negotiation) Bachelor degree, Master degree preferred Demonstrated experience and success in complex IT Solution Sales Minimum 5 years of advanced sales experience or proven ability to meet responsibilities, knowledge & skills Languages: Native level speaking in Czech and fluent in English is a must Deep understanding of Customer Workplace Services Processes and Requirements (Staging, Delivery/Logistics, B&F SLAs, End User Experience, Workplace Analytics, Management Tools etc.) Understanding of Customer IT Management and Executive KPIs, Roles & Responsibilities Understanding of Customer Segment & Industry standards, challenges and strategies Good understanding of IT Workplace Services market players Demonstrated skills in hunting new customers Consultative Presentation skills Good knowledge on building & presenting Business Cases to support customer goals Outcome Based Sales thinking & attitude Team Play, Achieve a common goal by integrating and leading different stakeholders Act according to the HP Leadership Principles and Practices #LI-POST About HP You’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.
