About The Role We need a Sales Director who can drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence.

In this role, you will lead the charge in promoting our innovative products, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our access control solutions meet the diverse needs of our customers.

With your expertise in sales and a passion for security solutions, you'll be instrumental in helping us provide effective access management while maintaining a seamless user experience.

What You Will Do Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and increase market share.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and decision-makers in target markets.

Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities within the access control sector.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create aligned campaigns and product launches.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Train and mentor members of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Who we are looking for Czech native speaker, also fluency in English is required Experience of leading a high performing sales team Understanding of project based/specification sales Experience of working within international companies.

Experience in developing indirect sales / distribution channel development Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Extensive sales experience in a technical or security-related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of access control products and solutions is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
