Based in Prague and reporting into the regional analytics lead, the role will work closely with the Client Account team, playing a pivotal part in the growth and success of this new client.

This is an exciting role that will focus on further developing and delivering our client facing analytics service.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor within our business project teams and deliver the metrics that play a pivotal part of our business decision making.

The primary purpose of this position is to play a leading role in designing, developing, and delivering business analytics for one of our key global clients, whilst ensuring all data and compliance processes are adhered to.

There will be frequent interaction with business teams to ensure we are capturing the right data, in the right way, to answer the right questions.

The successful candidate will need to further review and develop reporting processes across the wider account team to reduce manual efforts and help to track and flag any data integrity challenges.

Key Responsibilities Design, deliver and take ownership for all dashboards, reporting and analytics tasks for a key global client Implement processes and validation rules to capture and track data integrity issues and risks Support on improving existing reporting processes, stripping out inefficiencies and propose improved, automated ways of working Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best in class data solutions & tailored insights to drive success Providing analytical business support and commercial guidance where possible Providing ad-hoc analysis and project support where required Knowledge, Skills + Experience Strong communicator at all business levels Experience in analyzing business processes to help drive efficiencies Able to present complex data in an easy-to-understand manner Excellent analytics skills and interpretation/understanding of data and reporting Experience of designing, implementing and leading complex reporting solutions Knowledge and ability to extract and manipulate data from varied systems Experience of data cleansing, analysis, and reconciliation Experience of working closely with teams to deliver project outputs on time A passion to learn and grow their skills and capabilities Microsoft office skills, including excellent MS excel skills Experience of Microsoft Power BI reporting & dashboard development ideal (but not essential)Experience of SQL reporting (ideal but not essential)Please note- although technical skills are a must, what will win the role from the successful candidate will be how they listen, ask questions, communicate, and unlock efficiencies in the process
