Implementation Specialists (IS) support EU Customer Advisors & Professional Services teams to drive Amazon Business (AB) adoption for purchasing needs.

IS's are experts in AB solutions and they are able to setup AB solutions as per Customers’ requirements, internal tools & processes.

IS's work closely with Customer Advisor and Professional Services teams in Europe to support implementation and have a key part in Customers’ success to adopt our solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management experience, managing B2 B implementations, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- Fluent English and Italian or French Process spend evaluation analysis- Implement required business policies into Amazon Business account- Drive internal efficiencies initiatives to support increasing number of implementation requests- Challenge, when required, business requirements translated into Amazon Business setup as per declared by Customer Advisors and/or Customers- Oversee program execution including project scheduling and timely delivery- Provide timely, clear and concise and complete communications to Customer Advisor, Professional Services and Amazon Business Leadership- Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Prior B2 B Experience/Negotiation or Business Process Management Experience Preferred- Attested history of building business requirements - Procurement/Category management experience- Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail and solid organizational skills- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
