Job Overview: As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing plant in Most.

You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring the efficient operation of the plant, and maintaining high-quality standards.

You will work closely with other department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the plant and the achievement of company goals.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant - Directly involved in Sales activities with key account clients, focus on Germany market - Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs - Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement - Manage and develop a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed - Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement company policies and procedures - Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company and legal standards - Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Identify and resolve any production issues in a timely manner - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in production processes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software - Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations - Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken), German is an advantage We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity for professional growth and development - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Chance to work with a leading company in the industry - Relocation assistance for non-local candidates If you are a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
