Your new company We are looking for a result-oriented leader for a position of Plant Manager for an international manufacturer, to oversee all daily operations of the plant and prepare the company for upcoming growth.

Your new role To plan, organize, manage and control the company's work in accordance with the company's strategy, mission and goals in the interests of the company stakeholders.

To ensure successful management and further development of the company Lead the company through all the internal and external changes; Preparation of reports on the company's performance for the regional management Develop and execute the company budget; oversee operational activities.

Set business goals by translating company strategy into organizational objectives.

Foster an organization focused on creativity and innovation.

Lead and motivate teams to enhance engagement and performance.

Manage team dynamics, communication, and decision-making processes.

Ensure timely, accurate reporting on business performance and processes.

Oversee P&L responsibilities.

Create strategies for sales and procurement to boost revenue and market, maintain strategic client relationships.

Conduct market research and promote new products to enhance competitiveness.

Enhance company recognition among clients, partners, and institutions.

Analyse operational efficiency and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from government entities.

What you'll need to succeed Experience in a production and/or processing company, number of employees over 100 min.

Experience in efficiency improvement, implementation of LEAN methods.

Working experience in leadership positions with automotive and/or aerospace industry clients.

The ability to successfully lead through change, develop and motivate a team.

Strong leadership and strong entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to achieve results, initiative, energy and ability to grow an organisation.

Successful track record in growing the organisation in revenues and profitability.

Excellent analytical, communication and strong decision-making skills; Economical approach to managing the company and personally highly interested attitude in achieving the company's goals.

Excellent Czech and English language skills.
