Job Description As a People Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and performance, ensuring a high-quality employee experience across all stages, from onboarding to offboarding.
Your role is crucial in fostering a positive company culture, optimizing HR processes, and supporting leadership development to ensure organizational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Partnering : Collaborate with leaders on talent strategy, change management, and organizational development.
Onboarding & Offboarding : Manage smooth employee transitions, ensuring a positive experience and handling documentation efficiently.
Employee Relations & Engagement : Address employee relations issues, drive engagement initiatives (e.g., e NPS), and support office management and company events.
Performance Cycle : Lead performance reviews, assist with goal setting, and manage development plans.
Compensation & Benefits : Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and fair compensation practices.
Process Optimization : Streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership Development & Coaching : Coach managers and high-potential employees, and support succession planning.
Hiring & Recruitment : Oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in HR, with experience in strategic HR partnering, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business goals and provide guidance to leaders on talent management, organizational development, and change management. Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of HR operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day HR processes while identifying and implementing process improvements. Employee Relations: Proficient in managing complex employee relations issues, with a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Project Management: Experience in managing HR projects from concept to implementation, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving. Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and international team. Proficiency in Czech : Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken, is essential for this role, as clear communication with local teams is required.
