Are you passionate about agriculture and innovation? At KWS, we’re looking for a Lead of Product Management to spearhead our product development and Agroservice advisory across multiple crops.
This role is pivotal in ensuring top-notch customer and sales team support, driving the development of cross-crop tools and services, and managing our product portfolio for the CZ market.
Join us in shaping the future of agriculture! This position is to be filled in full-time and with a permanent contract to the earliest date possible.
Your Responsibilities: Drive the change towards a customer-centric organization, leading and supporting the sales and Agroservice teams in trial programs to ensure exceptional sales and customer support.
Spearhead the development of cross-crop tools and services, collaborating with breeders and sales teams to manage a robust portfolio across all crops.
Identify distinctive selling points for KWS products, deliver compelling content for marketing, and provide regular training to keep the sales team at the forefront of technical knowledge.
Oversee product functions including testing, trialing, portfolio steering, and registration.
Plan and execute trials, trainings, and activities within budget to maximize value for customers.
Maintain strong relationships with international product managers, breeders, and external stakeholders such as universities, state bodies and other related partners.
Align with local management and sales teams to ensure seamless support and coordination.
Provide targeted tools, services, and content to growers, supporting the sales team and marketing in organizing impactful field days and public events.
Your Profile: University degree in agriculture, management, or marketing, coupled with several years of experience as a product manager and in a leadership position.
Proven cooperative leadership skills, including change management and conflict resolution.
Familiarity with the seed sector or related fields such as fertilizers and crop protection are a plus.
Strong commitment to achieving budgets and targets.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for strategic thinking.
Proficient in data analytics and reporting.
Strong customer orientation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
