As we grow to achieve that mission, we’re seeking experienced Business Development Managers to join our Business Development team in our Prague office.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical understanding to support our complex portfolio of products and a passion for planning, relationship building and supporting clients.

We are looking for candidates who share our passion for the technology revolution in the traffic analytics industry we are pioneering.

Business Development Manager should have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to think and work strategically with clients toward achieving THEIR GOALS Responsibilities: Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange product walkthrough sessions Presenting products from our portfolio to clients Finding and developing new markets and improving sales processes Attending conferences, webinars, meetings, and industry events Developing solutions and proposals for clients Regularly assess risks and opportunities; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification and productivity Requirements 5+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field Experience in sales, marketing, or related field Experience of working with Saa S products A driven go-getter with a passion for building and creating a portfolio from scratch.

Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and driving results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Strong communication & negotiation skills and IT fluency Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders Excellent oral and written English language About you Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Experience developing processes and demonstrated flexibility to get things done Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.

Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
