Job Description We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Sales Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Prague.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales department by providing data-driven insights, managing CRM systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance overall sales performance.

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness Analyse sales data and create comprehensive reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking systems Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities Measure and calculate sales commissions Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide sales-related insights and feedback Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral and presentations Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and pipeline reports Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data modelling Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce or Hub Spot is differential Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Solid understanding of sales processes and key performance metrics Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Advanced Czech and English is needed.
