Your new company Our client develops and manufactures a wide range of products, such as bearings, steering, gearboxes and machine tools.

Your new role • Work in collaboration with international teams to set profitability targets for the project and ensure follow-up• Cost reduction activity for mass production• In Request for Quotation phase, take part in defining commercial offers• Estimating the cost of a new system following customer specifications• Build Business Plan with payback for the investments for the project – compare different scenarios• Negotiate the action plan and find an agreement with stakeholders• Guide, convince, raise awareness of the project team about the profitability• Participate in benchmarks to contribute to continuous improvement of the company• Give budget advisory support to all departments• Preparation of reports for different levels of management What you'll need to succeed • Technical university degree (mechanical or electrical engineering an advantage)• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or 5 years in project management / design / process eng.

/ purchasing / sales• Experience with controlling / product costing is an advantage• Advanced communication skills in English and Czech• Ability to read and understand technical documentation• Ability to create and update Excel documentation• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Knowledge of SAP (an advantage)What you'll get in return • Bonus of max.
