Job Description Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate with a strong background in procurement supplier management and negotiation.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and expertise in understanding what drives payment terms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate & negotiate payment terms with suppliers.

As a project manager, you will work closely with category leads, escalate suppliers, when necessary, co-ordinate the discussions, summarize and update the status of each supplier.

Major Accountabilities §   Manage the list of suppliers allocated §   Retrieve contact information from the systems and secondary if required §   Plan, execute, and successfully complete projects on time §   Develop detailed project plans with list of suppliers in scope, goals, milestones and deliverables.

§   Utilize your strategic thinking and analytical skills to handle supplier queries and push them for 90 days §   Update the tracker regularly for accurate on time reporting §   Be on top of schedules and involve category leads only when required §   Propose better tracking and management solution for the project proactively What are we looking for? §   University/Advanced level degree needed.

Master’s Degree/other advanced degree §   Languages: English (excellence in speaking and writing), additional languages desirable.

  6 years of relevant business experience (industry specific experience).

Experience and Skills: Strong business acumen in Procurement or other related experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or Consultancy, preferably in category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in the strategic procurement.

§   Strong knowledge of procurement project management methodologies, tools, and software.

§   Proficiency in using Microsoft suite.

Specifically, applications like Outlook, Excel, Word.

§   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle complex discussions with suppliers and manage business communications effectively.

§   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with suppliers and category teams and time management skills.
