Job description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our client's are the perfect candidate if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Main responsibilities include the following: Manage HR and compensation & benefits processes Collaborate on the implementation of HR programs Manage HR projects, such as the standardization of HR processes and benefits Communicate with employees and managers to address, analyze, and resolve their queries Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on compensation projects Provide training to the HR community Support the proper implementation of changes to collective bargaining agreements Support and coordinate mobility programs Work closely with and support the HR Delivery team Requirements Experience in HR (Min.
