Your new company Our long-term international client is looking for a colleague to join their team as an HR Coordinator with fluent knowledge of German and English languages.
Location: Prague 8 – Karlín.
Employment: full-time.
Your new role Support contract management and assist HR teams in Switzerland and Germany with various administrative tasks.
Cooperate with the global Talent Acquisition Team to schedule interviews for international positions.
Act as the main point of contact for external offices and institutions, managing permission applications for employees.
Maintaining the HR system with information on starters, leavers and changes.
Manage multiple group email accounts, responding to general enquiries and ensuring effective communication.
What you'll need to succeed Advanced knowledge of German and English languages.
Previous Experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication skills to ensure accuracy in communication results.
Excellent analytical, research, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and able to work well with other internal functional groups.
Initiative, fast learning, and self-motivation.
