Job description Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and ready to grow your career in finance? We are looking for a junior Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist.
What You’ll Do: Analyze Financial Data: Collect, check, and combine sales and financial info.
Support Closings: Help with month-end and year-end activities.
Budget & Forecast: Assist in creating budgets and forecasts by reviewing financial data.
Improve Processes: Spot issues, suggest fixes, and make reporting smoother.
Assist Teams: Answer financial data questions and provide useful insights.
Create Reports: Build dashboards and automate reporting to save time.
Special Projects: Work on extra tasks to add value and boost team efficiency.
Requirements What We’re Looking For: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
MS Excel knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.1–3 years of experience in finance or reporting.
Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Fluent in English.
Bonus Skills: Experience with tools like Power BI.
Background in international or multicultural work environments.
