Join our team as a Senior QA Engineer and take the lead in ensuring the highest quality of our advanced network monitoring tool, Flowmon.

We value teamwork, collaboration, and communication, and we're looking for a QA Leader with a passion for quality and an eye for detail who will help us with defining and execution of QA strategy.

In this role, you will: Validate new features to guarantee flawless functionality and user experience.

Show QA leadership including participation in QA strategy definition and execution.

Foster active cooperation and communication within the QA team, guiding and mentoring colleagues in QA best practices.

Design, oversee and create the automation of test scenarios using Python 3 and Cypress, ensuring seamless integration into Jenkins.

Develop and automate performance verification scenarios for different application parts.

Participate actively in the design of new features, bringing a leadership perspective to the table.

Your background: Proven experience in automated testing and test development, with a track record of leading QA initiatives.

Leadership skills and good communication.

Advanced knowledge of Python, Linux and modern QA approaches.

A solid understanding of networking concepts.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving, with a leadership approach to finding the best solutions.

A commitment to learning and continuous improvement, both personally and as a leader within the team.

Communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
