Job Description Are you ready to join a team that plays a pivotal role in driving the continuous evolution of our tax process capabilities? In this role you will ensure compliance to Tax and other legal requirements in our Shared Service Centers and Globally across The LEGO Group, with a process and system focus, through deployment and development of specialist knowledge with an End2 End perspective. Core responsibilities You will be a Subject Matter Specialist in translating tax and other legal requirements into impact on the business processes and systems with focus on sales and production of our 3 D models and our LEGO retail channel Drive definition and delivery of Tax requirements through collaboration with business, Strategic Tax team and IT stakeholders Drive implementation of process and system changes to fulfill legal and other tax & customs obligations Drive compliance agenda and implement controls to mitigate Tax risks Act as a sparring partner for queries related to Tax area towards stakeholders incl senior level stakeholders. Drive projects and activities to deliver continuous improvement within tax and customs area Partner management of Global Process Owner, IT & other key internal and external partners No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training and project portfolio.

Strong validated experience within Tax area in an international company preferably from Retail/B2 C environment, experience from a company with Shared Service Center set up is very encouraged Experience in working with operational tax, tax processes and tax technology on a strategic and tactical level. Broad tax knowledge and overview of customs area is a plus Understanding of business processes in a consumer goods company with a global footprint Confirmed experience working with SAP and tax systems, including solutions for real-time reporting Digital reporting mandates. Effective communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written) and ability to explain complex issues in a language a user can understand Demonstrate both an E2 E mentality as well as the approach of a deep functional specialist Ability to lead global projects fulfilling local legal requirements Experience with automation of tax processes is an advantage #LI- IZ1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
