WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our Czech team.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Third partie´s legal documentation agenda related to administration and maintenance of properties of the Employer and the P3 Group - administration of supplier´s agenda, negotiations, communication and checking of third parties’ activities based upon concluded contracts, participation in preparation of the conditions of legal documents etc.

Documentation related to supplier´s invoices – checking of all invoices and expenses related to operation of the properties.

Tenant´s Documentation – update of the list of contact tenant s details, administration of the files with lease contracts and related documents including dwg drawings and measurement protocols, enforcement of the conditions in lease contracts, participation in preparation of invoicing data for tenants, preparation and final check of yearly reconciliation, debt collection, regular communication with tenants including regular onsite checks.

Management and check of individual property requirements in facility management software AFM.

Preparation of long-term replenishment plan together with FM providers and CAPEX investment plan.

Coordination of fire and health safety projects with aim for checking of fire safety standards of our premises.

Technical operation and maintenance documentation/agenda – planning and coordination of technical operation including price monitoring and maintenance of the properties of the Employer, ensuring safety and coordination of all repairs and reconstructions.

Tender preparation and their evaluation.

Active participation on control days during important projects.

Cooperation on solving insurance cases.

Participation in preparation and control of operation budget of the Employer´s properties.

Pro-active solving of claims.

Close and effective communication and coordination other departments of the Employer.

Execution of other tasks related to asset & property management assigned by the Employer.
