Requirements5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, specifically within insurance or financial services.
Proven track record in implementing IT solutions, project management and leading teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
Technology skills: SQL, UML, DWHKnowledge of insurance industry processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
Cloud solution experience is a plus.
Native Czech speaker with fluency in English; German is a plus.
Based in the Czech Republic.
Your future role Lead IT projects focused on business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design in the insurance industry.
Shape impactful solutions in response to new regulations affecting processes and IT systems.
Take ownership of projects, managing them from concept to implementation, and working with top-tier clients in the Czech Republic and beyond.
Collaborate with a diverse team of Deloitte experts (IT specialists, data analysts, actuaries, legal advisors, etc.) and access our global network of resources.
