Your new company For our long-term client, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Comp&Ben Specialist.

Your new role Develops and manages the company's Total Rewards strategy, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives, while conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation.

Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pension contributions, while managing open enrolment processes and vendor relationships.

Performs comprehensive data analysis and reporting, creates dashboards for HR metrics and provides regular financial consolidation reports.

Manages HR information systems (like SAP SF and Edunio), ensuring data integrity and collaborating with IT teams for system improvements.

Maintains compliance with labour laws, regulations, and group principles, assisting with internal and external audits.

Conducts job evaluations and classifications to ensure internal equity and proper alignment with compensation strategy.

Serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries about compensation and benefits, providing guidance and support.

Collaborates with senior leadership to review and adjust Total Rewards programs for talent attraction and retention.

Develops and distributes communication materials about program changes, new offerings, and compensation adjustments.

Supports intercompany personnel cost recharges and ensures timely reporting for all internal stakeholders.

Copy Retry What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Years of experience in compensation, benefits, Total Rewards, or HR-related fields Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory requirements.

Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar platforms).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Knowledge of advanced data analytics or HRIS reporting tools.

Fluent in English.
