We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator/IT Operations Specialist to join our Internal Client Experience team within the IT organization for the Europe region.
This role is perfect for someone eager to expand their skills and grow their career in Microsoft systems administration within a complex, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
While this is primarily a back-end role with minimal end-user interaction, it involves daily collaboration with other IT and business support teams. Responsibilities Serve as one of primary internal contacts for the Internal Client Experience team, working closely with senior engineers, and IT staff to resolve technical issues and implement best practices. Perform administrative duties related to user, device and system lifecycles within established IT processes. Provide operational support to various IT functional teams, especially during project crunch times. Contribute to the development of documentation and training materials for end-users and IT staff, by writing, contributing, or requesting specific documents from subject matter experts. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft and related technologies, as well as identify key recurring issues as reported by first line support teams. Requirements 1-3 years of work experience in IT, with at least 1 year in large or multinational organization. Familiarity with operating systems, software, networking, troubleshooting, mobile devices, cloud computing and operational procedures equivalent to at least Comp TIA Fundamentals (actual certification not required). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail in both action and documentation. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, across diverse teams, with cultural sensitivity and understanding of business support practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality. Willingness to learn modern technologies and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with scripting languages (preferably Power Shell). Familiarity with IT Service Management or ticketing tools (Service Now, Freshservice, Solarwinds) and workflow/project management tools. Relevant experience in the fields of desktop management, messaging systems, mobile devices, application management, Microsoft 365, cloud computing, backup is a plus.
