People Operations: Accompany and advise executives in your area on all relevant topics related to their employees, ensuring administrative support and compliance with legal and company standards Documentation & Contract Management: Maintain an overview of employee documents and contracts, coordinating with government entities Compensation & Benefits: Prepare payroll, develop and secure salary structures, and consistently evolve our Compensation and Benefits strategy Labor Law Consultation: Possess knowledge of labor law fundamentals, provide advice on all labor law matters to your team, and ensure effective communication with external service providers Project Management: Influence company culture and processes significantly through your input, creative ideas, and project designs, as we are at the beginning of our exciting journey Heart & Soul: Care deeply about your colleagues, enjoy addressing their concerns, and charmingly accompany everyone from candidate to Daymaker Your profile You have successfully completed your studies or training and have gained several years of experience in personnel administration or as an HR generalist, ideally in a dynamic corporate environment You operate with a high level of trust, diligence, and structure, possessing practical knowledge of Czech labor law as well as payroll accounting You are a strong and charming communicator with an open demeanor, making it easy for you to guide individuals and inspire them as ambassadors for Yoummday, even in English You are eager to proactively contribute your skills, have a desire for personal development, and want to make a significant impact You are excited about authentic HR work and contributing to the shaping of an outstanding employer brand, all while possessing a healthy dose of humor Why us?
