What will you be doing: Lead & own an entire stream(s) of OTC for multiple countries of the zone Europe Plan, implement and follow-up continuous improvement and efficiencies initiatives for Finance processes linked to this stream Document and conduct detailed review of AS IS processes in order to identify the gaps and potential improvements within the scope of particular project Document and conduct TO BE design processes in order to sustain the changes performed, minimize business impacts and optimize business benefits Prepare and build business requirements to create a new tool/technology or enhance an existing one, in partnership with Stakeholders and Vendors Perform detailed analytical reporting to build your action plan and create a clear understanding on touchless opportunities, and present to senior Leaders (Directors and VPs)Manage product testing and development with end user and vendors Track product success KPIs, incl.

NPSYou will support your leadership in shaping the long term vision of the program by participating in the building of our 1 year to 3 year plans. What you'll bring: English C1 (Fluent)Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Technology would be a plus MS Office tools knowledge Experience in the field of Order To cash or/and product management Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and product management tools is a plus A Product Management or Product Owner certification is an advantage Project Management tools would be a plus Communication & Stakeholder Management Analytical and detailed oriented Organizational and time management skills What you can expect from us: In this role, you’ll have the potential to transform our business and your career.
