Your new role Managing the manager's calendar Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling enquiries and correspondence Supporting the team in arranging travel expenses Organising and preparing materials for meetings Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives Plan and coordinate travel itineraries Preparation of presentations Office management of the team's office What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant Knowledge of MS Office - mostly Power Point and Excel Excellent organisational and time management skills Time flexibility Communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise Professional level of English Accuracy and attention to detail What you'll get in return Working in an international environment Possibility to participate in management of company events 5 weeks of holiday Bonus component to salary Modern offices Multisport card and own fitness centre Pension contribution Healthcare program Subsidised meals#LI-DNI #1189802 - Diana Novakovicova
