You will assist enterprise customers by providing expert technical support, solving problems related to Office 365, networking, Active Directory, and more.
Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise clients.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure all support requests meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements : Strong technical knowledge of Office 365, networking, DNS, and Active Directory.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in technical support or IT is preferred.
Native-level Czech and fluency in English.
