Your main responsibilities Support all employees’ requests related to their employment.

Actively participate in talent identification and selection processes.

Ensuring the organisation's present and future HR needs are fulfilled.

Perform salary reviews and participate in the annual budget preparation.

Enforce and implement global/regional policies to shape the human resource strategy.

Consult, advise, influence, and partner with local managers.

Identify training needs within the country.

What you will need to succeed Excellent knowledge of English and Czech / Slovak languages.

Previous experience on a similar or HR Generalist position is a must.

Good computer skills (MS Office Suite).

Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude.

Advanced organisational skills.

High level of independence, accountability.

Excellent communication skills.
