Together, we're looking for proactive and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants with Hungarian who would like to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic.

  Position: Air Travel Consultant  Work model: Brno, Czech Republic Employment type: Full-time    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in Hungarian and English Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs   REQUIREMENTS:   Fluent Hungarian (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there Good computer skills Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work onsite during initial training period    OFFER: Working schedule: rotating shifts, ability to work remotely  Relocation support with flight and accommodation available  Fully paid training  Meal allowance  Multisport card Language course contribution 22 working days of vacation after the 3 months of probation period, and 25 days after 3rd year Public health and social insurance A dynamic and diverse job in a pleasant and modern environment
