About the Role: To coordinate and execute a wide range of activities (e.g. related to promotions and research) to achieve the given targets (P&L, Market Share/Competitive position objectives) within budget constraints. To analyze Customer & market data by focusing on category influences such as assortment, activities, point-of-sale-recommendations, planograms in order to identify business opportunities and/or risks. Main Responsibilities: Category Management Tracking & reporting about category performance Monitoring of shelf-layout-evolutions in the market and impact on sell-out as well as on market presence of the different market-players and providing guidelines for in-store-implementations Support for sales argumentation for customer meetings Analysis of trade-unit-impacts on freshness per client/channel for standard-units as well as special-placement-units and consequences on further business development Sales Analytics Creation & maintenance & update of reports using internal & external data sources Support to sales team to evaluate growth opportunities Shopper Marketing/Shopper Insights OTHERS Support to the CEO regarding requested reports Support to sales-team regarding “structured” customer communication (e.g. monthly reports) Who we are looking for: University degree Advanced English + Czech Good knowledge of MS Office and data tools (Nielsen, SAP) Experience in FMCG Knowledge of local FMCG and retail environment Very good communication and presentation skills Good analytical skills Smart, initiative, and pleasant person Pro-active and goal-oriented How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. In 1946 Pietro Ferrero invented a cream of hazelnuts and cocoa, meant to be spread on bread, and called it Pasta Gianduja. The product had a great success[citation needed] and therefore Ferrero created the new company to produce and market it. A similar product, sold under the name Nutella since 1964, became popular around the world.
In addition to Nutella, Ferrero produces many other products, including the chocolates Ferrero Rocher, Pocket Coffee, Mon Chéri, Giotto, Confetteria Raffaello coconut cream candy, and the tic tac breath mints. A dark chocolate version of the Ferrero Rocher is also available, called the Ferrero Rondnoir, which contains a pearl of dark chocolate in the center instead of a hazelnut, chocolate cream instead of Nutella and cruchy chocolate bits instead of crushed hazelnuts. There is also a coconut version, Confetteria Raffaello, which contains milk cream surrounding an almond and covered with meringue and shredded coconut. The Ferrero Prestige collection is a set of three: Rocher, Rondnoir, and a coconut version called Garden Coco. The Garden Coco candy is similar to Confetteria Raffaello, but has coconut cream instead of milk cream.
Ferrero also produces the Kinder product series, including Kinder Surprise (also known as "Kinder Eggs"), Fiesta Ferrero, Kinder Chocolate bars, Kinder Happy Hippo, Kinder Maxi, Kinder Délice and Kinder Bueno. Hanuta chocolate hazelnut filled wafers are also produced by Ferrero.
