Do you prefer to work afternoon shifts (13:30 - 21:30)?What will you do?Ensure 3rd party debtors are proactively chased and pay within agreed payment terms to maintain overdue debtMonitor payment performance of customers and escalate immediately where appropriateMaintain accurate and up to date all chase records and interaction with customers in CRMDaily review of credit hold list and follow up with customers – (list of sales orders held due to overdue)Highlight all customer’s disputes and record in SAP immediately to ensure quick turnaroundDaily review and follow up on all disputes on assigned customer’s accountsDaily review and follow up with customers on unallocated paymentsWho are we looking for?You don't mind to work afternoon shifts (13:30 - 21:30)Great level of English is a must, Spanish language is big advantagePrevious experience in finance field is nice to have, but you can be a graduate as wellYou are familiar with MS OfficeYou are great communicator with assertive and diplomatic approachWhat can we offer?Emphasis on work-life balance.
