This is you Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, including BPMN/CMMN or DMN Strong Java skills and experience with RESTful API integration Advanced English - For day-to-day communication with the team, working with IS, official company communication and creating/reading documentation Fluent Czech or Slovak for communication with the local teams Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms Familiarity with modern Dev Ops tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) Experience in workflow automation and process optimization Experience in industries such as banking, energy, or automotive is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international team A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a focus on quality This is your role Design and develop business processes   using BPMN/CMMN/DMN on the Camunda platform Integrate Camunda with external systems (ERP, databases, third-party services) to optimize processes Collaborate with teams of analysts, architects, and other developers to turn client requirements into technical solutions Optimize and monitor the performance of workflows, ensuring their scalability and efficiency  Maintain and automate manual processes, contributing to higher productivity across the organization Actively participate in agile development, joining sprint meetings Work in a CI/CD environment, ensuring quick deployment of new versions and fixes Support and troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth operations What awaits you at Avenga x Qinshift?
