About the role: As a Shift Manager in our Technical Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse's conveyor systems.

Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

This position requires strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and maintain the high operational standards of our warehouse.

About your tasks: Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 10 technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and high team performance in maintaining conveyor and production systems.

Operational Oversight: Monitor maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and minimal system downtime.

Troubleshooting Support: Oversee fault analysis and troubleshooting efforts, providing guidance to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety inspections and maintenance activities adhere to regulations and company standards.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve system reliability, and enhance team efficiency.

About you: Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechanic, technician or a comparable qualification.

Practical experience in pneumatics, drive systems, measurement, and control technology (ideally, experience in PLC technology).

Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system) and on weekends (1-shift).
