For the further expansion of our rapidly growing company in Germany and to strengthen our motivated team, we are now looking for you as IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist (m/f/d) at our Düsseldorf location These are your tasks Internal point of contact for our employees for IT problems and concerns User 1st and 2nd level support: management of the helpdesk, ensuring proper recording, prioritization and timely resolution of user problems at all levels Escalation point for technical problems Support of the IT landscape, in particular the telecommunications system& of mobile communications Support with the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software Management of application servers and configurations, including email, file and print and Windows systems, to ensure continuous delivery of applications Monitoring of access control for systems to ensure authorized access We are looking for you with a completed apprenticeship in IT or a comparable qualification including at least 2 years of helpdesk experience in supporting IT systems and applications (e.g. Office 365, Windows Server and Desktop, remote support skills, Active Directory, ITIL, VMware, LAN networks & TCP/IP, telephone systems (RingCentral)) combined with good knowledge of Windows, macOS, SAP, Microsoft Office and network technologies with the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way including an independent, structured & service-oriented way of working paired with the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in combination with a good command of English We offer an interesting, varied and responsible job in an expanding and internationally oriented company A modern remuneration package Individual training opportunities A pleasant and collegial working atmosphere in a dynamic team Cooperation at eye level Short decision-making processes a modern office in the best location in Düsseldorf mobile working A relaxed informal culture Have we piqued your interest?
