Job description We are currently seeking an experienced Dev Sec Ops Lead for our AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Web platform, for a new project for a company based in Prague.

Do you already have experience on this role, and you would like to enhance your competences further?If you are already experienced, you are the one we are looking for!What will be your responsibilities?Take charge of defining and executing the vision and strategy for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operations, and security in collaboration with implementation partners and internal IS/IT teams Guide and inspire your team by mentoring, coaching, and offering constructive feedback Focus on developing team skills and competencies by implementing personal development plans, providing regular evaluations, and offering continuous feedback to enhance performance and growth SDLC Management, define and oversee the Software Development Life Cycle, including CI/CD pipelines, roll-out strategies, and development methodologies Platform Operations, ensure reliable platform operations, manage infrastructure relationships, and maintain operational quality Development Leadership, standardize workflows, promote automation, mentor developers, and enforce code quality Incident and Release Management, address major incidents, perform audits, manage release processes, and implement Dev Sec Ops practices Integration Ownership, oversee and manage technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems Requirements What do we expect from you: According to the Czech labour law, you need to hold a valid work permit Bachelor or University Degree in IT/Business administration or any relevant fields Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, Sonar Cloud, other Agile CI/CD and project management tools and Scrum boards We need someone with Kanban and Agile methods knowledge Ability and pro-activeness in technical and process ownership Ability to govern the life-cycle, train users and present changes made Effective Communication, you adeptly engage with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative spirit Problem-Solving, your strenght lies in analyzing intricate challenges and devising effective solutions We need commitment to interaction and innovation What we perceive as an advantage ITIL certificate Proven experience with leading a team Direct experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Benefits Annual Bonus25 vacation days Flexible home office!Meal vouchers Health Care Accident Insurance Internal Courses Complex Training Pension scheme Unlimited HPP contract
