Areas of responsibilities: Ensure the global marketing strategy online & offline is driven, coordinated, locally adapted and executed in CZ/SK leading to developing online & offline brand awareness Close cooperation with Key Accounts to ensure online & offline support leading to sales & brand image boost (Shop in shop planning & execution, events, promotions etc.) Cooperation with influencers via social media (Instagram, facebook) Close daily cooperation with sales representatives to ensure their support offline & online support including regular field visits & co-drives Analyze and define the required marketing collaterals for a ° marketing approach (Digital, Trade, Social, Print, etc.) and create new / adapt global content for products in your category Collaborate with line manager and other SEE MKT specialists as well as SEE MKT operations consolidation Executing the global ° marketing toolbox on a national level Implementation of global POS guidelines / POS excellence strategy in your markets Coordinate external relations with PR agencies and participate/plan local fairs & events Marketing budget forecasting, managing and responsibility Profile of qualification: Successfully completed a Bachelor/master’s degree in marketing or other business-related fields Relevant work experience as marketer in brand/consumer centric environment Strong goal focus and customer orientation, affinity for design Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing programs that have consistently met objectives Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels Prior leadership skills preferred with strong communication skills Hands on approach with a high sense of initiative, assertiveness & drive Analytical with high sense of organizational skills Knows how to collaborate cross matrix and manage multiple projects Trade marketing previous experience as advantage Czech/Slovak Native with Fluency in Business English CYBEX operates globally and has employees from over nations.
