We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our most valuable  customers.

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio of high-value accounts.  This role offers  a clear path to advancement, with the potential to grow into a sales lead position if you deliver consistent results.

We are looking for: Around 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or account executive roles.

Able to provide examples of successful account expansion, sales results, or client success outcomes.

Experience in setting up and using CRM systems, email tools, and analytics without external support.  Fluent  English (C1) You'll be focusing on: User retention and management Manage a portfolio of high-value users, building relationships, addressing issues, and developing strategies to expand accounts.

Handle inbound prospects, create custom offers, and onboard them into the portfolio.

Proactively reach out to high-potential users and explore innovative ways to establish contact.

Tracking and analysis Develop expertise in the proxy and networking industry to provide tailored advice and recommendations.

Maintain detailed records of key accounts, tracking engagement, expenditures, and account details to minimize churn and support strategic decision-making.

Systems and Tools Management Set up and manage CRM, email systems, banner messaging, and data enrichment tools with a hands-on approach for testing and optimization.
